CNN is airing a 3-night special report with Christiane Amanpour called God’s Warriors* that “examines the intersection between religion and politics and the effects of Christianity, Islam and Judaism on politics, culture and public life.”
The special begins tonight, Tuesday, August 21 with Jewish Warriors at 9pm ET, with Muslim Warriors on Wednesday, and Christian Warriors on Thursday. For a review of the 3 night special, check out ReligionWriter’s analysis.
*For some reason, the main site now states that it starts on Wednesday, August 22nd while it previously said Tuesday, with all other sites reporting that date. I might still tune in today just in case CNN’s site is wrong.
EDIT: I changed the dates as every other site besides CNN lists God’s Warriors as beginning tonight.

Good to see that they are taking an examination of all three Abrahamic faiths as opposed to just focusing on Islam.
Watched most of the one about Muslims and a little about the Christians. I missed the Jewish one.
The one about Muslims was mostly negative in my opinion. They had one “positive” story about an American Muslim woman who wears hijab, but the rest of the stories were focusing on radicals and extremists!
Well I guess you can’t expect too much from CNN!
